I know of two brilliant ways to start a day: One is switch off your alarm clock and go back to sleep another is Yoga. Although first one sounds amazing, but more beneficial is yoga for health. Among the numerous kinds of yoga, I recently tried out Hath Yoga. This yoga is not only for weight loss. Here’s why I liked it. According to Hindu tradition, God Shiva is the founder of hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is a combination of physical basic yoga poses, mainly from Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar. These practices are designed in such an order that it helps one to align the body, relax the mind, and lift the spirit in order to give one an idea of one’s wholeness. Hatha Yoga is powerful structure to search the peace inside you and explore our full potential.
