The DUI Evaluation is a process through which we can help determine whether or to what extent alcohol or drug use may have affected you’re driving. This may include a series of assessments designed to determine your level of impairment, as well as a review of any relevant driving records and other relevant information.
During the evaluation, we will use some techniques to gather the necessary information, including the following: Road tests with a trained driver, who will be monitoring your performance on the road and providing feedback regarding your level of impairment; a series of questionnaires designed to gather more general information about your level of impairment and your drinking and drug use patterns over the past few weeks; a review of your vehicle’s driving records,
