Food sensitivity is a condition that causes an immune response to a food or ingredient. Symptoms of food sensitivity can include gas, bloating, diarrhea, headaches and other symptoms. There are many different types of food sensitivities including lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance and celiac disease.
Wheat Zoomer Test:
The Wheat Zoomer Test is a blood test that detects wheat sensitivity. Wheat Zoomer Test measures the amount of IgG antibodies in your blood to wheat, gluten and gliadin peptides. The results are then compared to a reference range for healthy individuals who have no sensitivity. If your results fall outside this range, it indicates that you are sensitive to wheat and should avoid it in your diet.
MRT food sensitivity
MRT stands for Mucosal Reactivity Test, and it's used to identify foods that are causing pain or inflammation in your body. The test works by testing the intestinal mucosa of a patient who has been eating specific foods over a period of time. MRT food sensitivity is a test that can be done to determine which foods you are sensitive to. The goal is to see if the patient's immune system has a reaction to the food they've been eating. If it does, this indicates that there's sensitivity.
How does it work?
The patient eats different foods and drinks water throughout their day (about every hour). They also take two tablets of GI Detox Bio Botanical with each meal as well as one tablet at bedtime. At the end of every day, they collect their urine in a container and send it off to be analyzed by a lab technician who will determine if there are any changes in its makeup. When they receive this information back from the lab, it will show whether or not there was an increase in specific proteins present in their urine samples which indicate an immune response against certain food proteins due to sensitivities being present in their bodies.
