Robert Aramayo's acting career began at the age of seven when he played Bugsy Malone in an elementary school production. When he was ten years old, he joined Hull Truck Youth Theater, where he performed about three plays a year. His older sister Laura also began an acting career at Hull Truck Youth Theater and studied drama at the Oxford School of Drama in Oxford.
