Nowhera’s first company was called “Heera Gold,” and it was formed as a Private Limited Company in 2012. The major purpose of the company was to empower women and provide them with financial freedom. The Heera Group was created in 1998 by Ms. Nowhera Shaik. It is the first private sector organization in the country to work in the commodity and educational value chains.
Since its beginning 23 years ago, the company has grown to become a multibillion-dollar corporation. Only a handful of people are aware of her existence.
