Grand Blue Tower

The Grand Blue Tower is a high-rise apartment block in the middle of Emaar Beachfront. Emaar worked with Elie Saab, a Lebanese fashion designer, on the project. The facade of the skyscraper was designed to evoke the glamour and elegance of Miami's Art Deco heyday in the 1930s. As of this writing, completion of the structure is expected in the second quarter of 2023.

Marina Vista

Between Jumeirah Beach Residences and Palm Jumeirah is where you'll find the Marina Vista community. Although planning for Marina Vista began in 2018, the building didn't begin until 2019. Construction of the neighborhood is ongoing, with a targeted completion date of March 2023.

There are high-end residences with ocean views available in the development. It is estimated that a return of 7-8% might be made by renting out such property.

Marina Vista Tower 1 has 35 stories, and Marina Vista Tower 2 has 45 floors; both are part of the new development.

Beach Vista

Emaar's Beach Vista is a high-end residential project in close proximity to Dubai Harbour. Two buildings, each 33 stories high and 135 meters tall, are joined by a shared 6-story platform in this neighborhood. Having a rooftop observation deck is a nice amenity for any residential building, and each of the buildings here has one. Currently, development is underway on the 204 apartments that will eventually make up Beach Vista. 

Address The Bay

New to the San Francisco real estate market, Address the Bay has a variety of 1-3 bedroom, branded apartments. Apartments at Address the Bay are available in sizes ranging from 803 to 1,970 square feet, and all are offered unfurnished.

The apartment tower will have 50 stories above ground plus a platform. More than 75% of the large villas at Address the Bay have breathtaking views of the water in both the east and west. The project will be built on the premier lot in Emaar Beachfront and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
