In a career spanning over a decade, Melissa Burgess has built up a bank of diverse and extensive accounting knowledge that is now relied upon by her clients. Mel is the leader and driving force of accounting at Nitschke Nancarrow. Mel’s unrivalled quality of service to her clients is largely responsible for the firm’s exponential client growth and customer retention over the last decade.

In a career spanning almost a decade, Anthony joined the Nitschke Nancarrow team in 2020. He has since thrived in the team orientated workplace, supporting his clients with his accounting and business experience and insights.
Anthony is an enthusiastic and passionate, striving to bring the best out in himself and those around him. With a focus on mind and body connection, Anthony is passionate about fitness and exercising each day, as he believes it helps to provide the highest level of service and happiness in clients.
Millie is a recent Accounting graduate from the University of Adelaide and continues to juggle her ongoing studies in a Bachelor of Laws with her accounting role at Nitschke Nancarrow.
Millie is working towards providing a holistic service for clients, allowing for a ‘one-stop-shop’ for accounting and legal support.
Doug is completing a Bachelor of Commerce (accounting) while supporting the wide needs of Nitschke Nancarrow clients.
