RFID system principle

At the same time, it instructs the electronic scale to transmit the vehicle weight information, compares it with the terminal vehicle weight information, and calculates the cargo weight. This weight is compared with the weight of goods transported in the picking area to finally determine whether there is any loss during transportation.

Before entering the loading area, all transport vehicles need to record the vehicle information through RFID identification and weigh. After weighing, the server automatically records the weighing information, and the display screen displays the weighing information; The transport vehicle enters the loading area for loading, drives out of the loading area for weighing again after loading, the weight information is automatically entered into the system, and the LED gives weight prompts; The transport vehicle arrives at the destination, drives into the unloading area, records the vehicle information through RFID identification, and weighs. After weighing, the server automatically records the weighing information, and the display screen displays the weighing information; After the unloading of the transport vehicle, weigh the scale and finally record the weight information. Determine whether there is omission or residue in the shipment through information comparison.
