The Department of Biotechnology is a Centre for Excellence in Biotechnological work under the School of LIfe Science and Technology. It aims at excellence in multiple dimensions by pioneering interdisciplinary education, research and industrial collaborations. In doing so, the Department will strive to advance research, generate affordable preventive and therapeutic innovations to stimulate industrial growth and improve the human condition.
