The criteria for demonstrating extraordinary ability in the EB-1 category include:
Receipt of a major, internationally recognized award, such as a Nobel Prize or Academy Award.
Documentation of at least three of the following:

- Membership in associations in the field that require outstanding achievements
- Published material in professional or major trade publications or major media about the person and their work

- Authorship of scholarly articles in professional journals or other major media
- Display of the person's work at artistic exhibitions or showcases
- Performance in a leading or cultural role for organizations or establishments with a distinguished reputation
If you meet the criteria for extraordinary ability and are approved for an EB-1 visa, you will be able to live and work permanently in the United States, and your immediate family members may also be able to join you as dependents.
