It is basically a program after completion of four years of B.TECH Degree in a specific specialization. In India, various specialization is present like Computer Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Engineering, etc. In India, a master's degree is regulated under UGC, AICTE NAD NBA. Admission to M.TECH degree is offered by various universities and colleges. For taking admission to M.Tech College you can give an entrance exam that is conducted at the national level, state level, and institute level.

Then the question arrives why should people go for M.Tech after completing B.Tech there is some reason related to that question.
