Monitor and report route performance on an hourly basis using DSW and Code. Monitor Pick up times and alert BC and drivers. Monitor Dot Hours of Service to maximize driver availability for scheduling. Maintain a record of fleet maintenance repairs for each vehicle and enter all maintenance and pre/post trip information into the database. Send an End-of-Day Report detailing route completion and outcomes. 30 minute priority consultation calls regarding operations issues. Weekly call sessions for follow-ups, performance reports, and implementation requests. On-site management and counseling are available upon request. The duration is determined on scheduling availability (all travel and entertainment costs covered by the client). Accounting Services (Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm)
