What are mineral water's positive effects on health?
To stay alive, every living thing needs water. Water is needed for bodily processes and delivers nutrients the body needs but cannot manufacture itself.
Most residents of the United Arab Emirates have access to safe drinking water. Yet, many still buy bottled mineral water for its superior purity and possible health advantages.

Lowering blood pressure

High blood pressure, congestive heart failure, and irregular heartbeats are all linked to magnesium deficiency.

Hence, drinking magnesium-rich mineral water may help reduce the danger of cardiovascular disease.

Regulating blood circulation

Calcium, magnesium, and potassium, often found in high concentrations in mineral water, are all known to improve blood flow.

Calcium is vital for forming and maintaining healthy bones. The heartbeat's pace and rhythm are also kept under control.

Strengthening bones:

Calcium, found in many mineral glasses of water, is good for the bones. The body replaces old bone with fresh bone as needed.

In adolescents, the rate at which new bone is deposited exceeds the rate at which old bone is resorbed. Nevertheless, bone loss may begin to outpace bone growth beyond age 20, potentially leading to brittle, weak bones.

Bone health is another area where magnesium shines. Large-scale cohort research conducted in 2014 found that older women who consumed more than 422.5 mg of magnesium daily had higher bone density than those who consumed less.
