Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 3, 2019 inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of first ever University of Ladakh.
After the inauguration, Modi said Ladakh now has first cluster university comprising degree colleges of Leh, Kargil, Nubra, Zanskar, Drass and Khaltsi.
